Premier League Launch Pitch

In 2021, we were tasked with coming up with a launch campaign for the 2021-22 Premier League Season Launch on NBC Sports. This year it was more special than usual, because the promotions would be running during the postponed 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. With all the excitement surrounding the importance of gold, we wanted to take a moment to match the momentum. After reading through the strategy, the producer came up with concept of the biggest stars are in the Premier League.

As the Art Director for this project, I wanted to visually showcase that concept as well. Using the Premier League Lion that is located on the Trophy, I began visually exploring, ways in which this concept could work. After developing storyboards and pitching this concept to our Creative Director and the Senior VP of Creative, the concept was given the green light. Due to the time crunch, we decided to work with an outside agency. The amazing creatives at Method Studios, brought this vision from boards to life.
